LEWA AI by Aiagentcorner Automation Services lets you delete your account data and disconnect Meta / WhatsApp access. We process deletion requests within 30 days. Backup copies naturally expire within 90 days.
Option 1 — Remove the app in Meta settings
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy.
- Select Settings, then Apps and Websites.
- Find LEWA AI in the list of active apps.
- Click Remove and confirm.
- Email support@aiagentcorner.in from your account email with the subject "Meta data deletion request" so we can complete the purge on our side.
Option 2 — Delete your LEWA AI account
- Sign in at https://lewaai.in/login.
- Go to Settings and disconnect your WhatsApp Business configuration if connected.
- Email support@aiagentcorner.in from your registered account email requesting full account deletion.
- We will confirm receipt and send a deletion confirmation code by email when processing is complete.
What we delete
- Account profile and team membership records
- Stored WhatsApp access tokens and webhook verify tokens
- Contacts, conversations, messages, templates, broadcasts, flows, and automations
- Uploaded media stored in your account buckets
- Billing ledger rows tied to your account, except records we must keep for tax or legal compliance
Automated Meta callback
Meta may also send a signed data-deletion callback to our application endpoint at https://lewaai.in/api/meta/data-deletion. That endpoint returns a confirmation code and status URL for Meta reviewers.
