These Terms and Conditions govern your use of LEWA AI and related services provided by Aiagentcorner Automation Services. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
LEWA AI (operated by Aiagentcorner Automation Services) is a pure SaaS software automation utility platform. The platform providing shared inbox, contact management, template messaging, broadcasts, automations, flows, CRM pipelines, and AI assistance. The Service integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and is also subject to Meta policies.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
- You must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy, Commerce Policy, and applicable Country wise law.
- You must obtain opt-in consent before sending promotional or template messages where required.
- You may not send spam, phishing, malware, illegal content, or deceptive messages.
3. Accounts and security
We provide software integration endpoints that allow authorized users to link their independent payment provider accounts (such as Cashfree Payments) via secure Partner OAuth tokens. All sales transactions generated by end-consumers via WhatsApp conversational checkout interfaces are processed directly through the user's independent payment gateway merchant account and clear directly into the user's respective bank account. LEWA AI never takes custody, holds escrow, or manages third-party consumer transaction funds. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Fees and messaging costs
LEWA AI may use a prepaid messaging credits for template messaging usage. Meta also charges conversation-based fees for WhatsApp Business API usage. You are responsible for applicable messaging charges for both LEWA AI (Platform + Message Charges) and Meta Template Messaging (Message Charges) whether or not a message is delivered.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of your messages, contacts, and media. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights and consents required to send your messages.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, software, branding, and documentation are owned by Aiagentcorner Automation Services. WhatsApp and related marks are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, security risk, or legal requirements. Data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
